1. Our services. We provide digital growth services including website development, funnels, marketing automation, branding, lead generation, consulting, and related coaching programs. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement will be set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or retainer agreement signed between us and the client.
2. Client responsibilities. You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any access, content, or approvals reasonably required for us to deliver the work. Delays caused by missing inputs or approvals are not our responsibility and may impact agreed timelines.
3. Payment. Fees, payment schedules, and applicable taxes will be specified in your proposal or agreement. Invoices are payable within the due date stated. Late payments may attract a pause in services until cleared.
4. Intellectual property. Final deliverables become the client’s property once full payment has been received. Until then, all work product, frameworks, templates, source files, and intellectual property remain ours. We retain the right to reuse generic methodologies, frameworks, and non-confidential learnings in our broader practice.
5. Confidentiality. We treat client information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the engagement or as required by law.
6. No guarantee of results. While we work diligently to deliver quality outcomes, we do not guarantee specific business results such as lead volume, revenue, conversions, or search rankings. Please refer to our Disclaimer for details.
7. Limitation of liability. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.
8. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
9. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Because of the digital and time-intensive nature of our work, the following policy applies to all engagements with GetMeStarted.
No refunds. All payments made to us — whether for project fees, retainers, coaching programs, or any other service — are non-refundable. Once work has begun, the time, expertise, and resources committed cannot be recovered, which is why we do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Cancellation of contracts and retainer agreements. Either party may cancel an ongoing contract or retainer agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice via email to support@getmestarted.in. The notice period begins on the day we acknowledge receipt of the cancellation request.
During the notice period. We will continue to deliver services as agreed, and the client remains responsible for all fees due during the 30-day notice window.
Outstanding invoices. Any pending or outstanding invoices must be cleared in full before the engagement is closed. Services may be paused if payments remain overdue.
Handover. Once all outstanding payments have been received, we will document the work completed and provide a structured hand-holding and knowledge transfer covering relevant deliverables, accesses, accounts, and ongoing operational details — so the client or their next partner can continue without disruption.
